"I've been going to Dr. Sachs since I've lived in Orem. I've moved around the country quite a bit and have had many dentists. First, his front desk receptionist is very helpful and friendly. She was able to get me in quickly. His assistant was also very friendly, and my cleaning didn't hurt at all. Because of this, I referred them to my adult daughter. She doesn't like to go to the dentist. She has stomach issues that break down the enamel of her teeth. We weren't aware of this when she was young. She had always been told she didn't care properly for her teeth, and she felt her efforts weren't adequate. At Dr. Sachs office, she said she didn't feel overly judged or lectured about her dental hygiene being responsible, like in the past. She had a great experience and went on to schedule a couple of much-needed fillings.
As for my appointment, I noticed Dr. Sachs is very particular and careful with his work. He took extra time to make sure my "bite" was perfect. I was also fitted for a night guard. He spent a lot of time making sure it fit well. He asked me to come back if, at any time, it felt uncomfortable. It fit perfectly, but I didn't like it and called. I was surprised they were able to see me very quickly! Dr. Sachs listened to my concerns and gave me the answers I needed: I still need to wear my night guard. "

"I 10/10 recommend this office! The staff is super nice and super informative, they answer all my questions and even well educate me on where my cavities are, why they happen and the best ways to prevent them from growing! Dr. Sachs is very thorough and honest. He also has a great sense of humor! The biggest positive is his treatment is painless he will make sure that you don’t feel anything before working on you and makes you feel very comfortable in the chair. So if your looking for an honest dentist who will even tell you about the smallest cavities and how to prevent them from growing I 100% recommend Sachs family dental!!!"

"My family and I just went to Sachs for the first time yesterday, and we loved it! My husband hasn’t been to a dentist in at least 6 years....so he obviously needed some work done, but they were very helpful and informative and did a great job on his teeth. The hygienist was very thorough and nice. We brought my 2 year old daughter to have her teeth looked at as well. With this being her first time at the dentist, they did an amazing job of making it fun and cool and now she loves the dentist! Would highly recommend!"

"Going to Sachs Family Dental has been my most pleasant experience at a dental office. Dr Sachs has helped me understand my treatment and why I should get it done. He showed me with a mirror and in my x-rays and it was the most educated I ever felt at a dental office. He even has a camera that he recorded my teeth with and showed me better perspectives of my teeth. It made me feel comfortable getting my work done at his office and giving him my trust.
