This dental discount plan is an alternative financing solution for patients without dental insurance and is intended to help you receive the quality dental care you need to enjoy good oral health and a happy, beautiful smile. When you sign up for the Sachs Family Dental Plan, you can begin receiving your benefits immediately! You don’t need to worry about:
- Annual maximums
- Meeting deductibles
- Pre-existing conditions
- Administrative headaches
In addition to helping you receive consistent, professional dental care, this plan also provides you with a reward to be applied towards future treatment at the end of each visit with our dentist! Depending on the type of plan you select, you can receive up to $200 in rewards annually!
Our discount dental plan has several different options to meet your budget and your dental needs – the Essential Membership, the Premier Membership, and the Perio Membership.
Essential Membership
The Essential Membership plan costs $25 per month and $19 monthly for each additional member you add to your plan.
This best value dental discount plan is designed to get you on the path to a lifetime of good oral health, completely covering your preventive care, and offering discounts on other dental services, including 15% off implants, 30% off orthodontics and most restorative procedures, and 50% off on dental sealants.
The Essential Membership plan includes:
- 1-2 exams
- 2 cleanings
- 2 topical fluoride treatments
Premier Membership
Our Premier Membership is available for $39 monthly, with a charge of $34 per month for each additional member on your plan.
With a Premier Membership, preventive care is completely covered, and you can receive discounts of up to 30% on most restorative treatments, 25% on orthodontics, 20% on dental implants, and 50% for teeth bleaching.
Your bi-annual reward for visiting our practice is raised to $100, and you receive an additional 5% discount on cosmetic services after one year of membership.
The Premier Membership plan includes:
- 1-2 exams
- X-rays
- 2 cleanings
- 2 topical fluoride treatments
- Sealants (as needed)
Perio Membership
Our Perio Membership is available for only $39 per month! If you have been diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease, this plan will provide you with all the benefits of the Essential Membership, discounts on periodontal procedures, and most restorative procedures, plus your periodontal services.
The Perio Membership plan includes:
- 1-2 exams
- X-rays
- 4 periodontal maintenance visits
- 4 rewards (up to $200 annually)
- 2 topical fluoride treatments
